work wasnt much better than it was the day before and ive still got one more to work then im off one and go back for 3 more. im so afraid that one these days im not going to be able to do this kind of job, it just wears me out! and mentally im so stressed that i cant hardly stand it, theres 3 of us that take care of 42 people and they wont let us have a fourth person bc everybody considers the people i take care of is an easy job, and whenever i get the chance i tell them they r wrong its hard as hell! but im sure they dont care, i think one of the hardest things to do is we have to get everybody up in the mornings for breakfast and we have an hour to do that. i go in everyday that i work at 5am but i can only get about 5 to 6 people up in the hour i have before the other 2 girls get there which does help but if we had an extra person to help us it wouldnt be so hard on us. then after breakfast we have at least 2 showers each to give sometimes 3 but before that we have to lay down any where from 2 each or more not counting answering call lights and taking people potty in between. its just a really hard job, there just arent too many days that im not wore out.
